4. AVAILABLE ACCESSORIES

Oven rack: for cooking food in pans, small cakes, roasts or food
requiring light broiling.

Pan rack: fits on top of the oven pan for food that could drip.

Oven pan: catches the grease from foods cooked on the rack
above.

Pastry pan: used for baking cakes, pizza and desserts.

Roof liner: remove it to make cleaning inside the oven easier.

 

Roasting spit: used for roasting chicken, sausages and anything
else requiring uniform browning.

 

Rotisserie frame: fits into the slots of the oven pan prior to
attaching the rotisserie rod.

 

Chromium-plated gripper: use to remove hot oven racks and
pans.
