THERMOSTAT KNOB

The cooking temperature is set by  turning the knob clockwise
to the desired temperature, between 120°F and 500°F. The
thermostat light comes on to indicate that the oven is warming
up. When this light goes out it means that the desired
temperature has been reached.
The light will come on periodically during use to indicate that
the thermostat is keeping the oven set at a constant
temperature.
